Senior Digital Marketing Manager – REMOTE (US only)

As a crucial member of the marketing team, you will oversee the performance, testing, and optimization of all our marketing channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, website, blog, email, and conferences.

You will need to be able to work across channels, understanding how they work together (omni-channel) and designing creative, effective programs and nurturing campaigns to help generate awareness, leads, and sales. Working closely with the Product and Sales teams, where there are channel content gaps you will create content or derivatives from other channels. You will also be responsible for providing constructive business suggestions based on analytical findings. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable defining KPIs and measurement strategies as well as doing hands-on channel optimization, A/B, and multivariate testing work.

This is more than your typical digital marketing manager role- we need an analytic and strategic thinker who is able to understand and interpret what numbers really mean. You will work across channels and with external agency partners, so it is a highly visible position that offers a substantial amount of impact.

Specific expertise, and ideally certification, in using ClickDimensions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and LinkedIn Sales Navigator plus general knowledge on social selling and marketing automation is required for this role.

This role is remote-based (United States only) with 10-20% travel required.

Help Desk Technician

Assist our customers and provide them with answers to their questions using multiple media types (phone, email, ticket system, IM, etc.) This position requires excellent customer service skills and moderate technical knowledge.

General Responsibilities

  1. Assist customers with questions and issues around their lab interface
    • End users require support on usernames, passwords, lab launches, connectivity and lab content
    • Operations managers require support with class creation, rosters, lab launch testing usernames, passwords and other issues
    • Microsoft specific users have immediate course/class needs
  2. Escalate tickets per call tree when necessary
  3. Support other LODS teams as needed.
    • Perform testing of LOD and LMS programs and features
    • Report and document issues for Platform Team
    • Work with Operations on projects
  4. Develop and maintain best practices for use of Lab on Demand
    • Provide feedback on the self-help articles in the help centers
    • Provide articles on common tips and tricks to alleviate tickets
  5. Perform routine maintenance on Lab on Demand to ensure compliance with best practices and procedures.
    • Monitor and control offline and resume only servers when appropriate
    • Perform configuration and maintenance on behalf of customers when appropriate.
