There are no known issues at this time

On 11/12 at approximately noon EST we experienced a sustained period of poor performance in our primary database and web application.  Performance was such that it rendered Lab on Demand unusable for many customers.  Despite the issue being quickly resolved, for an as yet unknown reason, this state persisted for approximately 90 minutes before services returned to normal.

At approximately 9 AM PST / 12 PM EST we became aware of an issue with one of our cloud databases that is impacting our LOD platform.

 

Update 1:25EST: We are continuing to actively work on a resolution for the issue with the database performance in one of our cloud providers.
