Services are operating normally

During a routine quarterly database maintenance procedure we began experiencing unexplained performance degradation on a database. Our engineers performed a series of troubleshooting activities and engaged our cloud provider for support. We were able to successfully address the performance issue. Our initial assessment, in collaboration with our cloud provider, is that during our maintenance procedure we were impacted by a database authentication problem within our cloud provider which caused our maintenance procedure to not fully complete. Issues launching labs
