We recently caught up with two members of the CBT Nuggets team, Adam Hinman, Learning Content Administrator and Heather Jennings, Learning Support Manager, to learn more about how they are using the Learn on Demand Systems platform to serve their customers and the impact it’s had on their business.

Why virtual labs?

Hands-on is in demand. Heather Jennings, CBT Nuggets Learning Support Manager shares that, “Many of our potential customers ask about virtual labs before subscribing with us. It’s a high demand feature within our product.” And, CBT Nuggets knows labs provide value, not just because potential learners ask for them, but because existing learners are using the feature at an increasing rate.
