A support ticket can be created by clicking the link below, ‘Open a Support Ticket’. Requests for Lab Services will also require a lab services ticket to be submitted as a first step for requests. A lab services request can be created by clicking the link below, ‘Lab Services Request’. You will receive an immediate email response with your ticket number and that email will be used to further update the ticket.
By making these changes, we will decrease ticket resolution time, increase accuracy of ticket responses and improve overall efficiency.
