Contract Instructor Agreement

If you would like to opt-in to become a contract instructor which allows organizations who use our TMS to schedule and align instructors with their classes, please check the box above. By doing so, you are agreeing to allow organizations to view data contained in your user profile: your name, email address, phone numbers, city, state, zip code and country. The organization cannot access/view your user profile in the TMS, however, the above-mentioned data will be exposed upon their search for an instructor when scheduling a class. They can neither view organizations you have taught for nor which organization your user profile is aligned within the TMS. Learn on Demand Systems offers access to an organization to schedule instructors who have agreed to be a member of the instructor pool. We do not certify any instructors nor verify their qualifications to teach a course. All communication, scheduling, contracted rates and payment are the responsibility of the booking organization and the instructor.
